Synopsis
Meet Arthur Penhaligon, a billionaire who seemingly has everything, but yearns for a new thrill, a pleasure money can't buy. He decides to experiment with an exotic synthetic drug, something that promises to expand his perception. But what unfolds is a nightmare: a drug violently distorts his mind, causing him to see ordinary people on the city streets as grotesque, creatures"alien" beings he feels an uncontrollable hunger to devour.

Driven by this terrifying appetite and vivid hallucinations, Arthur hunts and attacks these "monsters." With each "meal," the horror deepens, as the shocking truth emerges that he is brutally taking human lives, completely oblivious to his actual actions. The game immerses you in Arthur's psyche, exploring this harrowing descent into madness, where reality irrevocably merges with his most macabre delusions.
