Developer's Experience

It wasn't my first Game Jam, but it was the first time I managed to deliver a game on time. I used the Godot engine to create this game, and Pixelorama to create the artwork, working on almost everything except the soundtrack.

At the beginning of the jam, I barely knew what theme to choose. In the first few days, I tried to create something with the theme "chaos/I'm not alone." I ran out of ideas and was running out of time, so that's when the world took on colors, lol.

I started working on this game. I thought I'd create something simple that would last a short time and be cool—a little ball that changes color. It was the highest level of simplicity I could reach at the time, lol. There were only two days left for the jam to end. I ended up being blind, due to rain (rain), so without electricity, there was no way to finish the game. I thought: "Life has good and bad sides, why the hell, in mine, there's only the bad side?" Just kidding, lol. Of course, I wasn't desperate. The next day the power came back on, and I did my best, and here we are with this game, thank you...
