On the first weekend of every month, we run a monthly game jam here at Uniday Studio for everyone to participate in! For this edition, we're doing things a bit differently (and better): we've officially launched this website just in time for the jam. It's going to be awesome! :D

Where?

Here! It's completely online and free, and will take place right here on our new website!

A day before it starts, a special forum category will open for this jam, and you'll be able to find a team, ask questions, or share your progress.

How to Participate?

Create an account and click the "Join" button on this page. That way, you'll already be in. Then just wait for the jam to start and come back here to check the theme. Make your game and submit it within the jam period right here on the site (under Student Games). During the jam, the submission form will include an option to register your game for the jam.

A THEME?

Yes! A secret theme will be revealed here, on this page, as soon as the jam starts. Your game must be based on it somehow, but how you interpret the theme is completely up to you—there's no wrong answer!

You are totally free to create the game in any way you want. Just make sure that you own all the rights to everything that you use in the game. Do not create anything that is illegal, controversial, and not safe for work. Also make sure that you don't submit a game that you've already made before to this Jam, which means that the majority of your game should be made within the Jam period.
